Welcome to Palefò Tchala ("Tchala"), a dream-recording and cultural-interpretation app provided by Nerval, Corp. ("Nerval," "we," "us") as part of the Palefò Web Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tchala. By signing in or using Tchala you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
By using Tchala you agree to these Terms and to the Palefò Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tchala.
Tchala lets you record or type the dream you had, and Mama Keke — an AI character — responds in Haitian Kreyol with reflection in the spirit of traditional dream interpretation ("tchala"). Replies are returned both as text and as spoken audio. Your dream history is stored in your account so you can return to past entries.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age of digital consent where you live) to use Tchala. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Tchala uses your Palefò account. You can sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If your account is compromised, notify us at [email protected].
You agree not to use Tchala to:
You own the dream descriptions you submit. You grant Nerval a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store your submissions and the resulting replies so that the Service can function — i.e., transcribe your voice, generate Mama Keke's reply, store both, and play the audio back when you ask. We will not use your dream content to train external AI models without your explicit opt-in consent. You can delete individual dreams or your entire account at any time from Settings.
Tchala operates on a token model. Free use has daily and monthly limits; additional usage requires purchased token bundles or a subscription. Pricing, limits, and any refund terms appear in your account dashboard.
The Tchala app, the Mama Keke character, the Palefò and Tchala brand marks, and the underlying software and models are owned by Nerval. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our trademarks or to copy any part of the Service.
Sign-in is handled by Google, Facebook, and Apple. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to data they collect on their services.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if doing so is necessary to protect users or comply with law. Sections that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
Tchala is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Mama Keke's replies are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies; they should not be relied upon as professional advice (see the Cultural Disclaimer).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerval is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Tchala. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Tchala in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice (in-app banner or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
